This attractive 4 bedroom villa is in a lovely peaceful area, in a little cul-de-sac just off the main beach road between Calan Bosch beach and Son Xoriguer beach. It is a modern, detached villa set in lovely gardens with a large private pool.

It is built in the traditional Spanish style of downstairs bedrooms and upstairs living areas.

Downstairs there are 3 double/twin rooms and one twin room than can be a triple if required. Downstairs has air conditioning. The master bedroom has a full en suite, and there's a separate family bathroom downstairs too. In addition to this there is a WC upstairs, and a small shower room that leads off from the garden and pool terrace. Downstairs there is a utility room with washer/dryer and drying area.

Upstairs there is a bright and comfortable lounge with lovely sea views from the window, an outdoor terrace area leads off both ends of the lounge. There's a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area leading off it.

Outside there's the large private pool, ample sunbathing areas, outdoor dining area, and a 'chiringuito' which is a separate kitchen for use outdoors, there's a BBQ and decked area.

The villa is a family home for part of the year so you will find everything you need here for a comfortable stay.
